Sacra represents a new generation of destination wellness spaces, where architecture and engineering are inseparable. Developed for the new SACRA spa by Bulldozer Group, the project challenged BEMD to deliver a public sauna unlike anything previously built in the region.

Months of engineering, manufacturing, and on-site execution culminated in a space where technical excellence quietly supports an immersive and memorable wellness experience.

From designing the largest gas-fired sauna heater in the Middle East to constructing Dubai's largest sauna room, every decision demanded precision, innovation, and uncompromising attention to detail.
